SoftTalk

SoftTalk provides a real-time discovery-call assistant that joins your Zoom meetings, captures structured notes against your configured schema, and produces an end-of-call brief (“the Service”). The Service is operated by Make Meaning LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Each SoftTalk account is licensed to a single named user. Your login credentials are personal to you and may not be shared with, or used by, anyone else. Every individual who accesses the Service must have their own account.
Sharing credentials — including simultaneous use of one account by multiple people — is a material breach of these terms and may result in suspension or termination of the account. If your team needs multiple seats, contact us at david@softtalk.io and we’ll set them up.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, change your password and use Settings → Security to sign out other devices.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable call-recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from meeting participants before connecting SoftTalk to a call. You may not attempt to probe, disrupt, or circumvent the Service’s security or usage controls, or resell access to the Service.
Your call transcripts, extracted notes, and briefs belong to you. We process them solely to provide the Service and do not sell them or use them to train models for other customers. Data is isolated per customer account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
The Service is in an early-access phase and is provided “as is.” We work closely with each customer, but we do not yet offer formal uptime guarantees, and features may change as the product evolves. Our liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding a claim.
We may update these terms as the product matures. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
